Key things to know

1. Dashboard Grouped Grid views can be exported as .csv files for reporting, presentation and analysis in external software applications like Excel
2. Using both User and Location grouping allow you to roll up by either or both
3. Dashboard Grids export as a CSV file that you can use that as you would like

How to export a dashboard grid

1. Open up a dashboard
2. Adjust the settings to put the dashboard to Grouped Grid view to export correctly
3. (optional) Set the grid to group by User and Location
4. Click the download icon in the top, right corner of your dashboard
5. Open the downloaded .csv in your external application
