These notes address new features and code fixes for version 2026.0702 of Equipment CRM & Service Suite CD.

Release Highlights

Equipment CRM Mobile & Service Management CD Mobile - New Login Experience

A new login experience is coming soon to two of Texada’s mobile applications: Equipment CRM Mobile (SalesLink Flex) and Service Management CD Mobile (ServiceLink Flex)! This update will simplify the authentication process and unify the mobile Production and Sandbox environments into a single application.

The new login experience will be implemented in a future release. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the changes outlined in the article below in preparation for this update.

Service Management CD - Operations Scheduling

Service Management CD now supports scheduling technicians at the Operation level!

Historically, Service Management CD has only supported scheduling technicians at the Work Order or Segment level. With this update, technicians can now be assigned to specific Operations, giving you more precise control than ever before!

A new read-only endpoint, GET /ISPECSModelRegionXrfs, has been added to CloudLink's Reporting APIs. This endpoint allows users to securely retrieve Gross Profit (GP) percentage data from the [AppDb_iQuote].[dbo].[iSPECS_Model_Region_Xrf] database table.

The default value of the "Default value for Parts Purchased in service opportunities" (ckSalesLink.Opportunity.Service.DefaultPartsPurchased) configuration key has been changed to "No".

CLA-40859

The dealerPartsPurchasedInd and dealerPartsPurchasedEstimateAmount fields are now fully supported across the write and read paths of the /Opportunities API:

POST — clients can supply dealerPartsPurchasedInd and dealerPartsPurchasedEstimateAmount when creating a new opportunity.

PATCH — clients can update either field on an existing opportunity.

GET — both fields are returned in the response, with dealerPartsPurchasedInd surfaced as a JSON boolean and dealerPartsPurchasedEstimateAmount as a number.

CLA-43634

A new "Credit available visibility" (ckSalesLink.Customer.CreditAvailable.Visibility) configuration key has been added to CloudLink Console.

This key determines whether the customer Credit Available amount is displayed in Equipment CRM.

CLA-40415

Resolved an issue affecting the Customer Details screen in which the number of Opportunities displayed in the left navigation menu and the number of Opportunities displayed at the bottom of the list of Opportunities for that customer would occasionally be mismatched.

CLA-43633

Resolved an issue affecting the Campaign Details screen in which creating Leads via the Add Batch Leads button would occasionally create duplicate Leads.
