All about the Equipment List page in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal.

Introduction
A customer-owned Asset is an Asset that is owned by the customer instead of the rental company. Customer-owned Assets allow customers to create Work Orders for Assets without registering them to the rental company’s inventory.
The Equipment List page in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal allows customers to view, edit, and add customer-owned Assets, as well as request service for these Assets. It can be thought of as a customer-facing version of the Customer Owned Asset List in Rental Management (Next):

To reach the Equipment List page, log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, then select Equipments → Equipment List from the left navigation menu.
Equipment List Page
- Search Bar
Begin typing into the search bar to filter the equipment list by the text entered. This will search by Product #, Model, and Serial #. - Equipment List Table
This table lists customer-owned equipment belonging to the customer that is currently logged in. The appearance of this table can be modified; see “Working With Tables” for more information. - Additional Options
Click the three dotsnext to a piece of equipment to access additional options:
- Equipment Details
Click to view Equipment Details for that piece of equipment. - Request Service
Click to request service for that piece of equipment.

Each row in the Equipment List table represents a customer-owned Asset. Click on an Asset’s row to open its details. - Add New Equipment Button
Click to register a new piece of customer-owned equipment. See “Add / Edit Equipment” (article forthcoming) for more information.
Equipment List Table - Columns
The Equipment List table comprises the following columns:
- Customer Equipment ID: The equipment’s unique ID in the customer’s equipment management system.
- Equipment Description: The equipment’s description.
- Manufacturer: The equipment’s manufacturer.
- Model: The equipment’s model number.
- Serial #: The equipment’s serial number.
- Status: The equipment’s current status (Active or Inactive).
- Hour Meter: The equipment’s current meter reading, in hours.
