E-Commerce - Equipment Details

All about the Equipment Details screen in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal.

Introduction

The Equipment Details page in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal allows you to view detailed information and Work Order history for one of your pieces of equipment. 

To access this page, log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, then select Equipments → Equipment List from the left navigation menu. Locate the piece of equipment you’d like to view, then click on its row to open its details.

The Equipment Details Page

  1. Edit Equipment Button
    Click to edit the equipment’s details. See “Add / Edit Equipment” (article forthcoming) for more information.
  2. Active Toggle
    Click to activate or deactivate the piece of equipment.
  3. Equipment Details
    Information about the piece of equipment is listed here. To edit this information, click the Edit Equipment button (1).
  4. Work Order History Table
    Work Orders that were previously completed for this piece of equipment are listed here. The appearance of this table can be modified; see “Working With Tables” for more information.
  5. Search Work Orders
    Begin typing to filter the list of historic Work Orders by the text entered. This will search by Work Order #, Asset Number, and Parts.
  6. Work Order
    Click on a Work Order to view its details; see “Work Order Details” (article forthcoming) for more information.
