E-Commerce - Work Order Details

All about the Work Order details screen in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal.

Introduction

The Work Order Details page contains information about a Work Order that was completed on a piece of equipment. This page can be reached in a number of ways:

From the Service List:

  1. Log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, then select Services → List from the left navigation menu.
  2. Locate and select the Work Order you’d like to view.

From the Equipment Details page:

  1. Log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, then select Equipments → Equipments List from the left navigation menu.
  2. Locate and select the piece of equipment whose Work Orders you’d like to view.
  3. Using the Work Order History panel at the bottom of the Equipment Details page, locate and select the Work Order you’d like to view.

The Work Order Details Page

  1. Details Panel
    This panel contains basic information about the Work Order, including its creation date, customer and contact information, and billing and shipping address.
  2. Equipment Info Panel
    This panel contains information about the piece of equipment for which the Work Order was completed, including its ID, serial number, and current meter reading.
  3. Comments Panel
    This panel contains any comments left on the Work Order by the mechanic or rental company staff.
  4. Parts / Labor / Service
    The Parts, Labor, and Service tabs contain the line items on the Work Order, including the name, quantity, price, and extended cost of each. The total for all Parts, Labor, or Service items is displayed in the bottom-right corner of the panel.
  5. Total Panel
    This panel contains the Parts, Labor, and Service totals for the Work Order, as well as any applicable taxes.
  6. Download PDF Button
    Click to download a PDF version of the Work Order.
