All about the Service List page in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal.

Introduction

The Service List page in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal allows you to review historic service requests (Work Orders) completed for your equipment.

To reach this page, log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, then select Services → List from the left navigation menu.

Service List

  1. Search Bar
    Begin typing into the search bar to filter the list of service requests by Service number. 
  2. Service List
    Historic Work Orders completed for your equipment are listed here. Note that this list includes Work Orders for both rented equipment and equipment owned by your organization (managed via the Equipment List). The appearance of this table can be modified; see “Working With Tables” for more information.
  3. Work Order
    Click on an item in the service list to view its details; see “Work Order Details” for more information. Hover your mouse over the info bubble under the “Comments” column to view comments left by the mechanic or dispatcher who worked on the Work Order. Click the three dots next to a Work Order to reveal additional options:
    • Download PDF: Download a printable PDF version of the Work Order.

Service List Table - Columns

The service list table comprises the following columns:

  • Service: The Work Order’s unique Service number.
  • Date: The date on which the Work Order was completed.
  • Destination: The location at which the Work Order was completed.
  • Mechanic: The name of the mechanic who worked on the Work Order.
  • Comments: Any comments left on the Work Order by the mechanic or dispatcher.
