Rental Management - Check In / Check Out

Check In / Check Out functionality is coming to Rental Management!

This update allows yard workers to inspect Products and collect Customer signatures at the start and end of rental Contracts. By leveraging the flexibility of the Service and Rental mobile application, your staff can replace paper inspection forms with digital checklists and handwritten notes with photographic evidence of equipment damage.

Service, Rental and Financials (Next) (formerly Texada Web)

TR-6737

Resolved an issue in which it was possible to create a Ticket in Rental Management (Next) with dates outside of the allowable range established in the Date Range Control function in Rental Management (Classic).

TR-6661

Resolved the "Oops, something went wrong..." error that would occasionally occur when clicking the "Process Return" button on the Rental Returns page.

TR-6730

Improved the error messaging that appears when attempting to switch from Service, Rental, and Financials (Next) to Service, Rental, and Financials (Next) under a Division to which the user does not have access.

Resolved an issue in which the values of custom fields added to Work Orders in Service Management (Next) would occasionally fail to appear correctly in Service and Rental Mobile.

Resolved an issue in which deleting the last character of a mandatory user-defined field would result in an error and in the character being restored. It is now possible to fully delete the contents of mandatory user-defined fields.
