Accessing Our Support Resources
Our primary hub for all support resources is the Texada Customer Center. We recommend bookmarking it, as it's the single most important link for our customers. Here's how you can get in touch with us:
- Knowledge Base: Our Knowledge Base contains over 1000 articles and videos to help explain our products and answer questions. If ever you find the need for an article, know that you can request one here.
- A Texada Ticket number is your guarantee from us that we have received your Question, Request or Issue submitted through our Customer Center and will work it to resolution. If you send us an email or call us and do not receive a ticket number, please follow up as we may not have properly received or logged your concern.

Ticket Portal: You can view, interact with, and update all of your submitted tickets in our Ticket Portal, which is also linked in the Customer Center.

Phone Support: We provide a phone support service for urgent or time-sensitive issues. If you encounter a critical issue, such as a system outage (a SEV-1 issue), please call us immediately. This ensures we understand the urgency of the situation and can address it as quickly as possible.
