Texada's Customer Support team helps customers find and unlock the value in our products. We also act as the voice of the customer within Texada, advocating on behalf of our customers.
All of our support resources are provided from our Help Center - our single recommended bookmark for our customers. We recommend you take the time now to ensure this site is bookmarked.
The primary way to engage with us is by submitting a ticket through our Help Center website. Your Texada Ticket number is our guarantee that we have received your ticket and will work it through to its conclusion. If you have interacted with us and not received a ticket number, we may not have properly received your concern and may not be working on it.
You are able to see, interact and update with all of your submitted tickets in our Ticket Portal, also linked on our Help Center. For access to the portal, please contact Customer Support so that we may set up your account. Here is the knowledge base article that describes the portal and how it may be used.
We can also be reached by telephone in case of urgent issues. The linked article also lists our operating hours.
If you ever happen to encounter a system down or SEV-1 issue, please call us to ensure our understanding of your issue's urgency. Take the time now to record this emergency contact is shared within your organization.
