- Enable users to add unavailable products to a contract in a division
- Enable multiple technicians to be assigned to a work order in a division
Context
For each division in your company in Texada Web and Texada Mobile, you can control whether you are able to add products with a quantity greater than the available quantity to a contract.
For example: an asset is returned to your yard but requires maintenance before you can rent it out again. The asset is technically available, but in your system, it will still show up as unavailable until the maintenance work order is completed. If a customer needs to rent the asset while it is still in an “awaiting maintenance” status, you could create a contract and add the asset to the contract, even though the available quantity is technically zero (0).
In addition to adding unavailable products, you can also control whether your users are able to add more than one technician to a work order. For example, if your uptown division rents a lot of heavy equipment that results in larger-than-normal maintenance orders, you may need to add more than one technician to a work order.
