Work order statuses
Use work order statuses to view the progress of your work orders through the workflow at a glance.
Use the following chart to understand the meaning of each status:
Work Order Status | Description |
Created |
A work order that has been created but no further action has been taken |
Assigned |
A work order that has been given to a technician or technician but has not been started yet |
In Progress |
A work order that has been given to a technician(s) and they have started work on it Notes:

Paused |
An In Progress work order that is on hold temporarily For example, a paused work order might occur if the technician is on a break, is at the end of their workday, needs to place another work order into the In Progress status, or is waiting on parts. Note: Placing a work order into Paused status causes FleetLogic to prompt you for a reason code that explains why the work order is paused. |
Completed |
The technician or technician finished the work and received a signature |
Closed |
Once the work order is in closed status, the customer can be billed via SRM (Systematic Rental Management) Notes:

Work order priority levels
You can indicate the priority level of a work order and view it in both the FleetLogic web and mobile applications. The priority level of a work order serves as a visual cue as to the relative importance of a work order in FleetLogic, but does not have any further effect in the application than that.
Use the following table to understand each priority level and how it appears in each application:
