Context

View and edit the details of a part when you need more information about a part or need to add more information about a part such as the serial number.

When you initially create a part, you must add specific information about the part. However, when you edit a part, additional fields are available that were not visible before:

  • Price List
  • Part Serial Numbers
  • File Attachments

Adding this extra information to a part record expands the usefulness of the record by making it into a comprehensive reference resource for your employees.

Similar to other areas of FleetLogic, you can customize your view of the PART SERIAL NUMBER list to meet your business needs. See: “Customize a List in the FleetLogic Web Application” for more information on customizing and filtering the list.
