Context
Export the list of open pickup requests when you need to share insights into what equipment is waiting to be picked up from the rental company. For example, you can export the list of open pickup requests then email it to your site supervisor so they know which equipment needs to be moved to the site entrance for pickup.
Before You Begin
Required: Internet connection; valid GateWay account; valid login credentials and access permissions; existing pickup request
Steps
To export the list of open pickup requests as a spreadsheet, do the following:
- In the customer access portal menu bar, navigate to Rentals > Open Pickups
The Open Pickup Tickets page opens in the main area - Click Export
The list of pickup requests is downloaded in your browser as a spreadsheet
