Describes how to submit a request for a work order to be assigned to you in the FleetLogic mobile application.

Request assignment to a work order when you see a work order in the list of open work orders that you need to start work on, but has not yet been assigned to you by the Counter. For example, if you notice that a work order is very near to your current work site, or requires a specialized skill set that you possess, then you can request assignment to that work order.
When you request assignment to a work order, the work order is added to your list of assigned work orders, and the status of the work order is updated from Created to Assigned.

Before You Begin
Required: Mobile device with internet connection and mobile application installed, valid FleetLogic account, valid login credentials and access permissions, existing work order
To request assignment to a work order, do the following:
- In the FleetLogic mobile application dashboard, tap Work Orders
The list of work orders that are assigned to you opens
- Tap Open
The list of work orders that are not assigned to anyone opens
- Locate and tap the work order you need to request assignment to
The work order details page opens
- Tap Request Assignment
The work order is added to the list of work orders assigned to you
The status of the work order is updated to Assigned
