You can use a variety of search methods to locate the ticket you need to view or work with in the FleetLogic mobile application. The method you use depends on your workflow and your immediate situation.
You can use a keyword search, such as the ticket number, or site number if you already know what you are looking for.
If your device is equipped with a bluetooth scanner, you can physically scan the asset related to the ticket to search for any tickets involving the asset.
You can use the map to visually locate the ticket by site location.
If you know when the ticket is supposed to be worked on, you can locate the ticket in the scheduling view.
Tickets appear in the order they are scheduled in the FleetLogic web application. See: “Schedule a Ticket in the FleetLogic Web Application” for more information.
