GateWay’s customer access portal


Log into GateWay’s customer access portal as a customer, salesperson, or guest user when you need to view your purchase history, invoices, or update your personal account information. Log out of the customer access portal when you are finished working with it as a best practice to ensure the security of your data. 

Before You Begin

Required: Internet connection, valid GateWay account, valid login credentials and access permissions


Log in to the customer access portal

  1. In your web browser, navigate to your ecommerce website login page
    The login page opens
  2. Type the email address associated with your GateWay account in the E-mail field
  3. Type your password in the Password field
  4. Click Sign In
    You are logged into the customer access portal
    If you have access to multiple companies, the Company List page opens

    If you have access to a single company, the customer access portal dashboard page opens

Log out of the customer access portal

  1. In the customer access portal header bar, navigate to the user menu
  2. Click Log Out
    You are logged out of the customer access portal
