Release notes for Texada Web version 2022.02 minor releases.
Introduction
These notes catalog minor releases for the 2022.02 version of Texada Web, released on November 10th, 2022 in North America and on November 23rd, 2022 in the APAC region. Minor releases are issued between major releases to address bugs and provide minor product improvements.
Notes are categorized as either Enhancements (new components or features) or Corrections (bug fixes).

Fixed a bug in which a Service’s tax codes would not always be correctly set when adding it to an Invoice. When adding a Service to an Invoice, the tax codes for that Service will now correctly default to the tax codes for the Invoice. |

Checking the “Print” checkbox on Work Order comment in Texada SRM will now correctly switch the comment’s status to “Customer Facing” in Texada Web and vice versa. Unchecking the “Print” checkbox in Texada SRM will now correctly switch the comment’s status to “Internal” in Texada Web and vice versa. |

When performing a Rental Return for a Cash Customer, it is now possible to close the “Add Payment” window that appears after generating the Invoice for the Return, then add Services to the Invoice before paying it. |

Version 2022.02.09
This version adds a “Last updated” field to the Rental Board and updates the filtering functionality of the Work Order List page. Some display and synchronization issues with the Rental Board were also fixed, as well as issues with viewing Inspection PDFs and paying Work Order Invoices in Texada Web.

Version 2022.02.08
This version introduces a new feature in which Assets on multiple documents will now be indicated by a series of colored rectangles on that Asset’s tile on the Rental Board. The loading speed of the Work Order List page has been increased, and minor issues with Work Orders and Task Ticket creation have also been addressed.

When presenting Assets using the Rental Board, Assets that are currently on multiple documents (for example, a Contract and a Work Order) will now be indicated by a series of colored rectangles in the bottom-right corner of that Asset’s tile. This makes it possible to see all the documents an Asset is on without clicking on it to view its details. Additionally, filtering the Rental Board by multiple document statuses will now display Assets currently on all of the selected documents. For example, filtering by “On Contract” and “On Delivery” will display Assets that are both out on Contract and in the process of being delivered. |
